- Stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior deliver durability and easier cleanup.
- Low-velocity fans, a top-mounted humidity vent, and an included water pan help maintain even holding conditions.
- Accepts roll-in carts up to 27" W x 29" D x 66" H; carts are not included.
